Primetrack AG was awarded the ISO 27001 certificate for information security management in March 2024. The certificate was issued by SQS and recognized by IQNET. It confirms the high quality and international standard of our security practices. We were already convinced of this before, but now we have it in black and white!The ISO 27001 certification is an important milestone for Primetrack and underlines the importance we place on the security and protection of our customers' information and our own internal systems and resources. We are committed to implementing and maintaining best practices in the area of information security management. In this way, we ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information for which we are responsible.
What exactly does the certificate mean?
The scope of this certification covers various aspects of our services and resources, such as:
- IaaS (service management and hosted HW platforms)
- Primetrack Cloud (service management and cloud services such as FaaS or SaaS)
- KlickIT (Store Management)
- Primetrack's internal IT and the relevant resources to maintain the above customer services.

Das Zertifikat bestätigt, dass wir die Anforderungen der ISO/IEC 27001:2022 erfüllen – die internationale Norm für Informationssicherheitsmanagementsysteme und der Beweis für unser Engagement für Exzellenz und kontinuierliche Verbesserung in Bezug auf Informationssicherheit. Die ISO-Zertifizierung der Primetrack AG wurde am 08.03.2024 ausgestellt und ist 3 Jahre gültig, also bis zum 07.03.2027.
